I stay here several times a year as my business has me in the city a fair amount. It's a perfect location in Chelsea, away from the high tourism of midtown, and close enough to the great hangouts in the Village. Convenient to major subway lines, and the staff is always super friendly.

They must have turned on the heat but there was no way to adjust the temperature and it was very hot to sleep in. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. This was a nice room with high ceilings, refrigerator and microwave. Close to metro and anything you need. I will stay here again.

pros: clean, location, no fills, VERY BASIC. Cons: NOISE!!!! you will not get any sleep here because the street right outside has plates and every time some is driving over it, you will absolutely hear it. I do NOT recommend staying here if you're just looking to rest your head, there are better options for a few more bucks.

Road work outside created unbearable sound. No elevator. Shared bathrooms. Thin walls. Bed was horrible. Not worth the money- do yourself a favor and spend an extra $100 bucks and stay somewhere we you can have your own bathroom.
