Beautiful hotel, but my room wasn’t great

When I arrived, late in the evening, I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. They quickly amended that, but gave me a room that had windows that did not close completely. Unfortunately, it was noisy and I did not sleep well. I probably should’ve requested another room facing the interior courtyard. I highly recommend doing that. Other than that, the staff is very friendly, the hotel is beautiful, and the restaurant is lovely.

Very clean, nice hotel. Neighborhood is fancy and feels quite safe - which is a valuable asset in Bogota. Lots of restaurants in the area. Our room was nice with windows opening to the outdoors, though not all rooms have that. The room had a hot water kettle and refrigerator. Showers were warm. Communication with the staff prior to our stay could have been better. They were very vague when asked about whether our room had a window that opened to the air.

A cozy boutique hotel in a residential area! I highly recommend this place for those who prefer some degree of quiet and calm ambiance to the hustle bustle of the city with the noise from the constant flow of the traffic day and night. Also, I enjoyed their no frills breakfast.

Cute city hotel

The hotel was great in many ways. Stylish and very welcoming. The charme of the place very special. The only minusses is the gym, that is lacking equipment, our room was a bit small (and then our neighbours showered is was very loud for some reason) and the staff didn’t speak that much English. They were very friendly, but the lack of communication possibilities draws down a bit. The area of the hotel is in it self not that great, but it was located close many cool and interesting areas.
