Very small room for 2 adultes and 2 kids. Sheet and blanket with cigarette holes. No drawer no closet. We stay for 3 nights, no room clean just change one time towels un made beds. It"s a good thing , there are restaurants around ( much italien so "little italian").

Small but clean room/bathroom. Convenient to many cool things in the city, though you have to walk a bit for public transit access (the street pic is the alley you have to walk down to get to the trolley & there were homeless there). Windows/walls were rather thin so you could hear street & neighbor noise. Thankful for the mini fridge but there was a microwave that didn’t work and staff never got me a working one despite my asking. The AC unit was also kind of janky.

One staff person is on duty per shift, and 3 took excellent care of me in office on different shifts. Each was knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel has been updated but is not upscale and was safe, basic, and ok. It is in Little Italy, where there are many restaurants and bars. It is 5 blocks from MTA Bus 992 stop which goes to/from nearby airport for $2.50 on any credit card or cash.

The staff is great and accommodating. Good proximity to Little Italy and the water front. The location is noisy all day, all night. The building is old. The rooms smell old and they do not look like the photo. There is no live TV. They appear to be fixing the place up but it is definitely a work in progress. If you are really strapped for cash and can sleep through noise this is great place.
