Excellent little ibis right next to a load of restaurants at the MaxCenter. My only issue is they there is always a lot of English staying before the ferry, but no opportunity to watch any news in English on tv. Most other hotels have this facility so it’s noticeable when not available. Would recommend though

The hotel was located in a good area, you can go to the city center and have a mall across the street from the hotel. Sadly the employee that checked us in, didn’t even look into our eyes when we arrived. He ignored us while doing work on his computer. While doing the check in he acted as if we were annoying him with our presence. We were surprised that he even told us about breakfast. Luckily the hotel and the rooms were nice, but that employee should consider if he wants to work in a place where you work with customers daily

This is an ok hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but not all. The room was clean and comfortable, but the air-conditioning didn’t seem to work and when you opened the window the road noise was loud. It’s a convenient stop near the motorway and there are lots of places to eat and drink at the nearby shopping centres. You can catch buses into the centre of Bilbao just a short walk away.

The hotel is comfortable, room clean, bed, shower & wifi good. However, it is 12 km from Bilbao. I feel ripped off by hotels.com If arriving by public transport, you need to cross the bridge at the Max Centre - if the centre is open you can use their escalators/lifts.

Ok for ferry.

Fairly basic, clean but tired. Aircon was feeble meaning my room was too hot for sleeping even this time of year. Very basic restaurant and nothing else nearby. Fairly convenient for overnight before ferry, but that’s about it.
