6/10 Okay

wonderful location, but shabby, should not charge more than USD150 per night

Great place to stay.
Carrie, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

This is part of the Ayers Rock Resort- one of the few hotels on the property. There is a town square with market and a couple restaurants. A bar with music is part of the property. Does the job for a couple nights to see Uluru and explore.
Rachael, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

The rooms were nice. Had a view of Uluru.
Savita, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Apart from the beautiful location the best asset for the DGH are its fantastic staff. The staff were delightful. I have stayed in many locations all over the world and must say that I have never come across staff as helpful as DGH's- well done! The food at the DGH was also excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Cheers Susan

carol, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Pricey but it is part of the Ayers Rock Resort set of hotels in Yulara and the Ayers Rocks Resort is where you have to stay to visit Uluru National Park, therefore, it is worth spending the money to visit.
Betty, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

We were left to walk length of the property and same with the carpark, we are senior citizens and there was no respect from check in staff just get the job done and go away 😤
Gary, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

The hotel is ok n the service is fine.
Che Wo Joseph, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Overall a dirty exterior, marginal rooms being dated and run down. Couldn’t get a noon checkout. Won’t be staying here again.
Russell, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Stayed here two nights to visit Uluru. The room was clean and comfortable but the A/C was turned off and the room got unbearable hot during the night. The heater also kept randomly restarting at night even when turned off. The tv was not hooked up to the internet and would not connect to the WiFi so we could not stream anything at night. Suffice to say we did not sleep well. The staff were not able to help…
Denis, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We had an amazing view from our room. The restaurant was very expensive.
Susanne, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
Gozde, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The Dessert Gardens is in a great position with plenty of parking available. It was an easy to walk to the Town Square. The pool was centrally located within the resort. Room was spacious with good air conditioning, eeven when the temperature was high 30s . Had a lovely dinner in Mangata Bistro. Wonderful Food, Drink & Service. Also had buffet breakfast there as well, with a great variety of foods to fuel for the day
Joanne, 5-night trip

10/10 Excellent

All the tours can be booked out of the hotel and the buses come to pick you up. The guides are very clear about pick ups and drop offs. The resort also provides transport to and from the airport, so no rental car is required. The provide plenty of (free) activities so if you like to be kept busy, you can....or you can just relax.
Karin, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

The staff was wonderful, the view from my patio was lovely and the restaurant was very good.
Megan, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

Limited staff who were a little overwhelmed by more guests than expected
David, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We had a wonderful time at Yulara and visiting both Uluṟu & Kata Tjuṯa. It’s just a shame that the resort area doesn’t have BBQ facilities for guest to use to cook their own meals.
Sarah, 5-night trip

6/10 Okay

Just okay

Not great to be beside the laundry room. People tended to amalgamate on the laundry room patio and overflow to our room patio. Took away our privacy. Restaurant was good, service was good. They have a captive audience so it is what it is.
Lorne, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Thank you Ayers Rock Resort !

Exceeded our expectations, all staff were excellent and very professional throughout.
Steven, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

We only stayed one night so keep that in mind! Everything in Yulara is expensive so the cost of the room was high…I didn’t necessarily mind that but I did mind the condition of the room. There were mouse droppings on the bed and floor and a whole lot of ants in the bathroom. The staff were fairly responsive to the problem and offered us another room so can’t fault them there but we had stayed at the Outback Lodge for a few nights prior to this (less expensive) and the room quality was much better! They did have a GREAT breakfast buffet and the staff we interacted with were quite nice but for value for $ is not there
