I would rate this property as one of the better hotel choices in Lagos. It is definitely the best on the mainland. The service was excellent, the staff what top-notch. I will say that it appeared to be quite busy in the lobby area. It was a bit difficult, trying to get a seat to sit down and have a drink.

However, the management needs to hire more janitorial or cleaning staffers because our room was not clean until late on our second night and we are checking out the following day. I had an amazing stay. From check-in to check-out, every staff person I encountered was exceptionally welcoming and helpful! The room was spacious and all of the "little" extras were so appreciated! Water in the fridge and on the bathroom counter daily, coffee and tea in the room, etc. Upon check-in and getting luggage to my room the bellman showed me all of the features of the room so I would be comfortable with the lights, security, etc. Marvelous stay! I had room service. multiple times during my stay as I was there on business and the food was great! Restaurant service was exceptional as well. Safety protocols and security were highly visible and greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel!
