Staying at Sage N Sand is always my first choice when visiting Moses Lake with high school sports. It is always clean and fairly quiet. It is affordable with a comfortable bed, small but clean bathroom and shower a small refrigerator and a microwave that is easy to use.

Looking for someplace cheap?

The photos are not current or accurate. The lobby was always locked and not at all how the photos show. It looked like the owners had made it their personal space. There was no daily room servicing and the outside garbage was full. Coffee service was not ready at 7am. The mattress cover and pad had obviously not been laundered. I'm really not sure about the glowing reviews that this place had. The rest of the room seemed clean, shower was hot, fridge and microwave worked. We will be returning to Moses Lake again, but not staying here. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

This is a value property. There is nothing flashy or glitzy about it, but it is clean, it is quiet and it is comfortable enough, especially given the good price. I stayed for 2 weeks on work. But the owner made me feel quite uncomfortable, chasing me asking me for "10/10 on Expedia!" Every interaction I had with him, he was literally asking me to open my email in front of him and complete the rating. It was awkward, uncomfortable and unprofessional. Request the rating once and leave it at that.

We had a very good experience at the Sage and Sands Motel. The room was clean and recently remodeled. The price was very reasonable. The place was quiet at night. David, the owner/owner operator was friendly and helpful. We will be sure and revisit the Sage and Sands Motel the next time we pass through Moses Lake.
