When we got there to check in, they told us the payment from you was declined and told us we had to call you to straighten it out. Even when I showed them the receipt, they told me it was my responsibility to call and fix it. While trying, the next guest checking in was told the same thing. After we both started talking, the receptionist said she would fix it and we just needed to pay the $25 incidental charge. She was young and not very courteous….seemed to enjoy arguing with customers.
Once we got to our room, there was no remote to the television and a lot of channels did not work once we did get a remote. There was no pool as advertised on the website, never found the ice machine, and the breakfast the next morning was very poor. Couldn’t even get a cup of regular coffee.
The room, however, was very clean and large….very comfortable. Only person who seemed to take pride in working there was the housekeeping workers. Lots of false advertisement listed in their amenities. Location is good though.
Overall, would not stay here again and would not recommend anyone to stay either.
