3rd stay and still impressed with Capri and it keeps getting better.
The location is unbeatable for exploring Bukit Bintang, but what really stands out is the service. From the moment we arrived, the doorman and security greeted us promptly and made us feel welcome. When the team noticed my mum had difficulty walking, the Concierge team acted fast – they got her a wheelchair and helped with our luggage without us even asking. At reception, the lady on duty (I think she was Sabahan or Sarawakian) was fantastic. She was warm, efficient, and immediately arranged to move us to a wheelchair-accessible room once she saw my mum’s mobility issues. She even stopped by to chat when she saw us at the restaurant and shared some lovely local recommendations.
Another shoutout to the Malay Concierge gentleman and his team – super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
Our corner room had great city views, was spacious, and spotlessly clean.
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff genuinely care, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again.
