The day was great, however upon checking, I don’t believe that we really got instructions and information about the entire facility because I know there were things that we didn’t get to see or check out during our stay. The room that we stayed in had a door that connected to the room next-door, which obviously was locked, but they were so loud. We could hear them when we were laying down in the sofa, bed watching TV and then upon sleeping it was just so loud and it was 1am in the morning so we didn’t bother Asking for another room. We had our 9month old with us.
Everything else was great when we asked for linens and things that we needed and we received them right away, which was great. The parking was easy.
During check-in, they do tell you go across the desk where they’re going to give you your parking pass and that’s where the lady wants to invite you to a breakfast presentation where they want to sell you the timeshare and I straight up told them no she didn’t bother pushing it. We had our baby and our 5 year old who were waiting in the car and we had just had a long drive in so I was annoyed because all I wanted was to check in and relax for a minute.
