Coffee was often out, but staff did make it when requested. Also hotels.com gave us false advertising that there was a hot tub. Very disappointed with this as that is one reason we booked there during our ski vacay.

The doors were not sound proof and people in adjacent rooms were trying to open the doors. The mattress was comfortable but something in the bed was broken and making a lot of noise and the "free breakfast" advertised online was false. Nothing was included which is disappointing considering we paid for a suite.
