We had a 3 bedroom villa w/ocean views. The ocean views were fabulous but the villa (309) really needs renovating. The bathroom fixtures were old, the floors were old carpet that needed cleaning, the bed mattresses were lumpy& uncomfortable and the kitchen appliances need to be replaced and let's not talk about the furniture! The swimming pool was nice & clean. Check in was smooth. We did arrive early but unit was not ready had to wait a bit. They did have an Italian restaurant on the property. Food was OK, not great & the bartender did have an unfriendly attitude. I don't think we will be staying here again.

The condo was very nice, check in went smoothly and staff was friendly. Pool area looked nice, whole complex looked nice. Cons: 1-don't pay thru Expedia, it was a mess and total invoice shown in Expedia was almost twice what condo company actually charged. 2-condo bathroom was on second floor 3-pictures don't show large rock retaining wall along beach. We could see ocean, but to access small beach, you have to use one of the access points. Beach was disappointing and that's really what we went for. We drove to other beaches not far away.
