They both gave us great tips about getting around Gothenburg and even came back to our table a few times to write down recommendations and guide us with our map. They really made us feel welcome. The location is perfect, right by the central station. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to a great hotel and an outstanding staff. Loved everything about this property. Conveniently located at the central station. Literally drop down to grab a bite or pick up a snack. The staff was so courteous and helpful. The front desk guy got me a table fan because I was feeling a bit warm in my room. The breakfast buffet is simply awesome. Their chia pudding is the best. A short walk to the mall for shopping, restaurants and the beautiful garden nearby. It is also amazing how soundproof the rooms are. I highly recommend staying here.

Very convenient location related to train travel. Appreciated being able to store luggage at the hotel before the room was ready. Could have used indication on the train station "You are here" location maps for finding the hotel entrance; we only saw the hotel banners up under the station ceiling on the day we checked out. I would have to say - “the is the world class BREAKFAST I ever had” I couldn’t believe it. It was a good huge bigger > my room-size of breakfast display; in rush of catching my train, the server give me a to-go bag. Isra the front receptionist is unbelievable, she helped me to call my Stockholm hotel for my left behind passport. Melanie, the mgr is very nice and friendly to provide me with direction for train office (trying to return to Stockholm for my passport) Thank you Isra ! You r the BEST ! And, she deserves a pay-raise 💕

We had the pleasure at staying at Hotel G and was very pleased with our room. Very affordable and the hotel couldn’t be more central. We extended our stay with one night, and there was some slight miscommunication between the staff. But the receptionist was very kind and apologised. Would visit again and recommend staying here if you’re travelling to Göteborg
