I stayed in room 210 and did not have hot water the first night. I never did have a working thermostat in the bedroom and with the thermostat at 90°, the room finally warmed up to 67°. Since temperatures were getting down into the twenties at night, it would have been nice to not freeze while sleeping.
The room was not super clean. There were hairs in the bathtub, wrappers left on the floor and a dust on the window sills.
While having a full kitchen, the kitchen was not stocked with utensils and cookware to use the kitchen. I had one sauce pod, a flimsy round baking sheet, one dinner plate and a couple bowls and salad plates. As for utensils, I was lucky enough to have two forks, several butter knives and spoons. The only item provided to wash dishes was a bottle of dish soap.
There is no dedicated parking. The covered parking garage that is advertised is down a dark alley across the street. The elevator is accessed down two narrow hallways and a key must be used for access.
The hallways on the second floor four reeked of garlic and other cooking smells, presumably from the bar and grill on the ground floor.
Breakfast was fresh; however, it appeared to be the same thing every day.
