From arrival David made us feel welcome and helped us with our stay from start to finish. A hidden Gem of a resort. It was quiet and peaceful to relax every night. The rooms were pretty clean but a little dated. The beds were pretty comfortable. A great quiet cozy spot near pretty much everything. Our dog was an additional $25 per night. Reasonable, but not entirely necessary. Paid extra for a view of the woods, got a view of the parking lot instead. I asked about this when we checked in...the response..."Look around, there are trees everywhere". Overall, it was a decent stay. Would stay again if in the area.

The room was clean but the bathroom and sink definitely need to be upgraded. They looked old and worn. The property feels very isolated. The pool looked nice but there was a woman and her dog in it so we didn’t use it. She also told me the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool. The man in the office was friendly, welcoming and helpful. It’s a good place for a quick stay (we were hiking very early the next morning so it was all about location) but not somewhere to spend any extra time.

No bells and whistles, but if all you’re looking for is an inexpensive place to sleep and shower, this is it. I was in the area for a few days of hiking at Delaware Water Gap. This was a good location to use as my home base. The old conference center was the first thing I saw when I pulled in. It gives off haunted house vibes, but the rest of the property was ok but very dated. My room smelled very musty but was clean and met my basic needs. There is no daily housekeeping, but dry, clean towels are available by exchange at the check in counter. The old adage that you get what you pay for applies here. It’s a step up from camping but is not the Comfort Inn!

Friendly staff and a clean room in a motel-like setting behind one of the few remaining Delaware Water Gap resorts. The original building is closed, so guests stay in the motel rooms behind it. The rooms could benefit from larger and softer towels and some better lighting throughout. The pool looked good though we didn't have time to use it. That being said this is a fine place to stay that is central to all that the Gap and Stroudsburg have to offer. We will likely stay here again.

This is a unique place to stay. First off it's located behind an abandoned conference center so it's a bit confusing when you first arrive. It's the motel behind the large building. Hotel was clean and neat. I had no issues. It's reasonably priced and it was safe and convenient.
