Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The room had hardwood, no carpet which adds to a more clean feeling. Confortable beds, Shower pressure was fantastic too. The breakfast choices were great and food was good. My son loved the waffle maker. The restaurant staff (Janika-- i hope i remember his name correctly) was so accomodating and friendly. An 8 min drive to WEM, so this location was great. Will refer this hotel and hope to return one day soon

The family suite was perfect for our family of 5. The pull out bed was the most comfortable pull out bed I’ve ever slept on. The bunk bed room with the”secret” door was such a fun touch. Would have liked to see better maintenance - the bathroom wallpaper was peeling and the seam between the bathroom counter and the wall looked like it had been caulked and recaulked half a dozen times.

We booked a family room and it was 10/10! 2 bedrooms (one being a bunk room), it was themed and we got Minecraft so my kids were thrilled, a kitchen and clean bathroom. The room was HUGE. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) and the room was the biggest hotel room we’ve stayed in as a family. There was free breakfast which was delicious and had many options, mini golf in the hallway and while we didn’t swim, there was also a pool. It was less than 5 minutes away from West Edmonton Mall (the purpose of our trip) and about 35 minutes from the airport. The staff were so attentive and so kind. I would highly recommend!
