We have stayed at the Days Inn several times and appreciate the excellent treatment from front counter staff to the dining area servers and the overall quality and value for money of the food. One thing that sets this hotel apart is the room has engineered wood floors so no need to guess if the floor is clean. The hotel is a five minute drive from West Edmonton mall and other great shopping and dining destinations. The only issue we encountered was one of the elevators was acting up so they were down to one working elevator. I highly recommend this hotel.

We booked the presidential suite. Great set up having a separate bedroom. While I sleep my husband can enjoy watching television in the living room area without disturbing me. Having a full size fridge and a kitchen was the reason we booked, and it did not disappoint. The stiove was not working but the staff was there right away to help us out to a working stove. The staff were all great and helpful. Breakfast was a plus with variety of selection. This will be our go to hotel when in Edmonton.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. On our first night, my kids got sick and vomited after swimming, and although we informed the staff that the room needed cleaning, it was not properly addressed. The kitchen sponge was also dirty and was not replaced. Some staff members were very nice and approachable, and the suite was comfortable, but housekeeping service needs improvement.
