We received a warm welcome from the Reception staff. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant has a variety of meals, from snack food to specials. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The 24 hour shuttle service is excellent and the driver was friendly and very polite. We stayed here during our short stay in Melbourne and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and wonderful throughout our stay, always friendly and willing to assist with anything we needed. One highlight was the complimentary airport shuttle service, which was very convenient and easy to use. It made our arrival and departure much less stressful. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, there are good public transport links nearby that can easily take you into the city. We were also lucky that public transport was free during our stay, which made getting around Melbourne even more convenient. The hotel has a slightly dated feel, but the rooms were still clean, which made for a comfortable stay.

The best thing about Climo is that they are transfers from the airport or exceptional. You get off the sky bus and call them. They come and pick you up. You have to get to the airport on time. They know what time you need to leave the restaurant is adequate.
