Loved our stay at Long Beach. Loved it so much stayed there twice! The views are to die for, day or night, can't decide which is best!! We went for the Elvis show at Hota which was only a short distance away- less than $20 in a taxi. Cavill Ave is just a short walk too. Kevin, the resident manager is a top notch bloke with always a ready smile and there to help when he can. Highly recommend.

Great location, easy walk into city center with young kids, 10 minute walk. Beach across the road, had amazing views all around, 4 different balconies that see the ocean, city and mountains, spoilt for choice. The apartment was nice, but needs a little tlc in the cleaning department, get this right and would be perfect. Facilities where fantastic indoor and outdoor pools kids had a ball. Kevin was fantastic waited for us to arrive late at night to greet us and show us our room. Looking forward to staying again.

There was two portable air conditioners. One in the kitchen and one in the main bedroom. They look like main fixtures so it doesn’t look like they are going to fix the Airconditioning anytime soon.

Very tired apartment 702 but great location

Unfortunately the bed springs were broken - the bed was obviously very old. I reported it but I’m sure many others would have done before us, with no replacement happening. I slept on the lounge! Air conditioner was very noisy and needs repair - was noisy enough to wake us from deep sleep every hour or so.

Great Location, Nice Appartment

After hours check in was really easy, incl car park access. Staff were really friendly to boot. Great place to stay location wise - 10min walk max to Cavill Ave and 30sec to beach. Appt was well laid out and spacious, and had everything we needed to cook etc. Our appt was on 25th Floor so great views as well Only issue was the tower block across the road was still being built, and the workers started at 6am hence the 4 stars overall. But even with that we’d look to stay there again in the future

We alway stay here but this time we were given the 4th floor and our balcony door was broken the whole time. Couldn’t make use of the balcony and were offered no solution or compensation. The staff knee about it before we checked in but said it couldn’t be fixed until after we left.

Our 3rd stay at Breakfree Longbeach and we have enjoyed each one. An older property but great amenities and great position. Could do with a little TLC in parts but this didn't impact our enjoyment.

Rooms are lacking in amenities....No extra pillows, towels, blankets. Ironing board but no iron....Air conditioner kept making noise....The room keys stopped working after 3 days of stay and had to call management down late at night to fix our keys....prefer to stay somewhere else next time

Die Unterkunft wurde uns beim CheckIn als frisch renoviert angepriesen. Jedoch traf dies nicht zu. Alles war schon in die Jahre gekommen und verlebt. Weiterhin war die Wohnung auch alles andere als sauber. Die Couch hatte Flecken. Im Teppich und Bad waren Haare von den Vorgängern. Die Lage war super.
