Solid hotel with the basics. Close to bus stop which connects you to the rest of Southampton. Hotel has no where to fill your own water bottle and no where to buy basics (e.g., toothpaste, snacks) besides the restaurant. Clean and spacious room.

They also let us into our room ahead of scheduled which was nice after our disembarkation from a long cruise. Breakfast was really good as well. Highly recommended it!
