오키나와 여행 중 숙소가 제일 좋았다고 할 정도로 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 6식구가 모두 편하게 잘 정도로 잠자리도 구성이 잘 되어 있었구요, 간단하게 조리해서 밥을 먹을 수 있어서 더욱 좋았습니다. 날씨가 아직 쌀쌀해서 수영을 하지 못하게 아쉬웠지만 경치와 모든 것이 좋았습니다.

昨年のワンスイートに続き、２年連続の古宇利島滞在。 ホテルは新しく、部屋は十分に広い（100㎡超)。海を一望できる点も非常に良い。しかし、２泊の滞在中、気になる点、信じられない点が数多くあり少々残念な滞在となってしまった。 ①雨の中の到着だったが、スタッフの一切の出迎えなし 　※すぐ近くにいるのに気付かないふり ②朝食ブッフェが事前の説明なしに休止になっていた 　※他の宿泊客も一方的なブッフェ休止に驚いていた。 ③クローゼットの布団の間に前の宿泊客のパジャマが放 　置してあった ④外出時に頼んだタオルが数時間たっても準備されてい 　ない ⑤夜中にフロントから間違い電話がかかってきた・・・ 厳しい経営環境であることは察するが、リゾートホテルを標榜するには余りにもお粗末。 あくまで個人的見解だが、古宇利島ではワンスイート系やアウェイなどリゾートホテルが続々とオープンしている中、生き残るのは容易ではないと感じた。 宿泊客に対するホスピタリティの抜本的改善が必要。
