Hotel para ser custo benefício. Vale a pena por um preço mais baixo que outros melhores na região. A localização é ótima: perto do centro, de frente pra praia, perto do ponto de ônibus. A comida é boa, mas repetitiva. O drink é muito doce, de baixa qualidade: usam poupa de fruta, muito açucarada, em vez da própria fruta. A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas do lado está em obra, então está barulhento. Wi-Fi não funciona nos quartos, só em alguns lugares. No geral, dependendo do preço pago, é bom custo beneficio

It was my first alone trip to Cancun 14-21 of March 2025! And I'm very grateful all the staff Flamingo hotel! Especially I appreciate concierge guy Camillo! Thank you so much, when I should check in for my returning flight and my phone was broken, he not only helped to do it and printed my boarding pass!!! I like everything during my stay in Flamingo! I was surprised when because of delay with my room check in, they gave me better room with oceanview without any additional payments and also thank you for surprise for my birthday and first vacation! Housekeeping do their hard work really well! I do recommend this hotel for your vacation! The beach is awesome even with some seaweeds after the storm, huge shells) The food is tasty, not so many variety,but I love it. Albatros restaurant is so nice for breakfast (hot chocolate my love) with seaview outside and also with reservation for a dinner (risotto and fish was so yammy) and a LA carte menu-seafoods! Thank you!!!! I'll return definitely!

this property has to be my favorite all inclusive beachfront experience. It has such a wonderful beachfront area with plenty of palm trees and lounge chairs. The water is incredible. Staff is very kind. Top shelf drinks. Food was great.

Very rude staff. Especially to all Americans that stay there. Food was horrible. Only one buffet and one restaurant on site. You need to make reservations at restaurant 2 days in advance and we were not notified of that before arriving. Luckily we only stayed for 2 nights.

My stay at Flamingo was not great. If I could give It a 0 star. I would. One night my shower handle pop off on my face and then ended up flooding my room because the water hose from my shower pop out. People that were in my floor ended up helping me move my stuff out because the staff took their time coming to my room when this was an emergency. When this was reported I was told they said sink and I had to correct them saying It was the shower. Making It seem like I was making It up when I had witness of the people next door in my room. They also reported for me as well. They put me in another room just to kick me out again the next morning and put me in another room. They didn’t make my stay better or offered anything better to make up for my terrible experience . I was afraid to use the shower handle because I thought It would pop out again so I had to tell my sister in another room to open It for me everytime. Customer service really sucks! Overall not many food options and most workers were rude but shout out to Carlos he was the only best staff there! I don’t recommend this resort. Pick somewhere else

I’ve stayed at Flamingo many times and it gets better every year. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. There was a bottle of sparkling wine on ice upon my arrival and this was a first for me. The hotel is situated nicely and the the ocean views with balcony gives really nice views of beach, pool and the sounds of ocean and palm trees blowing. It’s not as lavish as some but for the price it’s unbeatable. There are 3 bars. One in the lobby and the others a pool bar and by the pooll. Across the street is a farmacia/ convenience store and also souvenir store. I could say more but you’ll have to see for yourself.

We will absolutely come back. The staff was great, their service was fantastic. The whole resort was clean, all of the staff was constantly cleaning and making it look nice. The food was good. The only thing I was disappointed about was not getting to try Alberto’s. For that you had to make a reservation between the hours of 3-5 the day prior. We were always out and about and never got the chance to do so. But other than that no complaints. A super nice resort.

Everything about the experience was great until my kid wet the bed and after alerting the property they stripped our sheets and would not return to make our bed in our prepaid room until I paid a fine for “damages.” They had a waterproof protective sheet on the bed, nothing was damaged just wet, a simple matter of throwing it in the washing machine. Super rude.

I would recommend to eat as often as possible at the Albatross (beach restaurant) because the food in the main cafeteria is not very appealing. Other than that, the Flamingo is super! Super nice and helpful staff, very clean, great service and very friendly to solo travelers
