The onsite spa has 2 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages, and Swedish massages. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, Ayurvedic, and hydrotherapy. The spa is equipped with a sauna and a steam room.

We had a fantastic stay here in this beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, without exception, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfasts were delicious with many pastries, fruits, eggs etc (although perhaps some vegetarian meats would be a nice addition). We also both had amazing massages at the spa. The area is nice with a lovely beach in walking distance and some nice restaurants and bars. It is only around a 10 minute taxi journey from Albufeira old town and there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel.

American couple, 11 day stay. Hotel is a 5 star out of 5 stars. Relatively new property and very clean inside and out. Room came with refrigerator, safe, TV with many American movies in English (Portuguese subtitles). Large bathroom, balcony, free beach towel use, air conditioning, free parking and best of all free breakfast (best breakfast we've had at a hotel). You can request to have your room cleaned every day or not. Nice swimming pool with plenty of beach chairs. This hotel is very close to Albufeira which has the best beach and night life in all of Algrave. Regency is located in a quite neighborhood and great for taking a walk in the evening. In walking distance to a wetland area with boardwalks.

everything was very good , Friendly people , super clean Rooms , Reception stuff was super too , no complain really .....One Think shocked me to be very honest which I did not understand since I travel lots around the world ... in breakfast when I asked for omelette they told me will cost you 2 Euros :) 2 Euro is not money for sure but I neve rever saw this in any hotel before in my life , maybe life changed inside hotel industry , anyway super hotel and no complain

We liked this property but there is really nothing around the hotel besides from one restaurant. Our room was very nice but it was very hot and the AC wasn’t working. We called the front desk 3 times to say the room was very hot and where told by the front desk that it wasn’t. How they could know that from the reception desk is beyond me. They never sent anyone to check it out. So we opened the sliding glass door and left it open all night to keep the room cool. When I went to the front desk in the morning I inquired as to why they thought the room wasn’t hot and apparently they monitor the room temperature from there. I told them that It was so warm and moist in the room my glasses kept fogging up. Wouldn’t stay here again

Esse hotel não vale nada! Pessima experiencia! Valor alto por baixa qualidade. Staff não esta preparado para atendimento de qualidade. 1o quarto cheio de mosquitos. Mudaram para 2o quarto que nao estava pronto e tivemos que esperar mais 2 horas... No 2o quarto o ralo do banheiro estava entupido. O banheiro ficou literalmente inundado. A sauna do hotel estava quebrada, não tinha massagista.... ou seja, nenhum conforto para as ferias.
