Enjoyable relaxing stay

Love the executive lounge with 24/7 offer of a comfortable place to work and relax - want to thank the team especially F&B attendant Rashmi with her radiant smile and warm manners which made our stay even more enjoyable - the joint arrangement of fitness centre use with the Star Grand was good but needs to be made known to staff members of both hotels.

Superb one of the best hotels I have stayed at

From check in to check out these hotel did not disappoint . The friendly service the ease of the car parking and the beautiful comfortable and stylish room. So easy to also walk to the casino for dinner and the buffet breakfast there is no better breakfast. I could not fault this hotel and will definitely be returning and referring this to my friends and family.

Excellent customer service, Don the Concierge was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. Made us feel very at home and worthy, and couldn't have done enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. This is my favourite hotel in the Gold Coast at the moment. Staff are always friendly and professional, rooms are beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. Perfect views across the range. The pool is probably one of the best in the Goldie. Really enjoyed my short overnight stay
