I am always booking a room here for me and my family. we go to many events out in Boise this time around at check-in I was told that the TV did not work. Which I have to have a TV on when sleeping so my sleep was horrible. The attendant stated that there was nothing she could do and I'm sure she didn't go above and beyond to do what could be done. I understand things happen but would like some type of compensation knowing that I'm always booking.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was amazing. Our room was dirty. Crushed Doritos on the carpet and cobwebs on the ceiling. No sheets on the couch bed. We had to put those on ourselves. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Loved our king suite. The space was perfect for our stay. Microwave, mini fridge & in room coffee/tea station. The bathroom/shower could be in use and could not be heard while watching tv. Some cons…Sauna out of commission. Hottub was slightly warm but no bubbles. Pool was nice and we had the space to ourselves (around 7:30/8ish on a Saturday). Suite carpet was filthy and turned our socks black. Drapes excessively stained too. The pros! Good location, parking maintained to a clean standard and had lush landscaping (June 2026). Coffee & refreshing lemon water located in the lobby in the evenings…sometimes. Breakfast buffet maintained well and had ‘make your own’ waffles, cereal, mini muffins, breads & bagels, yogurt, apples, and a hot buffet of sausage, eggs, potatoes with biscuits & sausage gravy. Coffee, milk, juice and tea available with a nice seating area. Staff was friendly and helped wherever they could. Things to know… They don’t have fans but the room’s a/c unit did very well They use a towel exchange system Small business center available in the lobby
