Good family place. I wish there were more shaded areas close to the pools. The stone used around the pools must be replaced; they were a huge hazard to fall when wet and burn your feet really bad; we saw a few people falling. The room was OK; nothing special but are in need of upgrades & basic maintenance. Our bathtub for instance did not hold water. The staff is great and the nature around you beautiful. All-in-all a great place but compared to the Ritz-Carlton around the corner the Four Seasons is no longer the best hotel in the area.
