We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was and how helpful the staff. We’ve stayed at many of the properties surrounding Disneyland (at least 11 others), and this is our new favorite. The location is an easy walk to the parks and the value is unbeatable- and it’s not even close. The staff was excellent, friendly, and very helpful, what you might expect at the Disneyland Hotel or Grand Californian. The lobby and rooms were very clean and well maintained. While the hotel is older, it’s clearly had a lot of updates. If you’re looking for something close, clean, comfortable, and affordable, this is the best option there is.

Pool small and no lounge chairs and the little outdoor couches were dirty. But 15 minute walk to downtown Disney and not expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for. Also not a smart TV or updated USB plugs and just basic cable for TV. Wifi very weak.

Super close to Disneyland and California Adventure, an easy walk (or scooter rental ride) to the park entrance. An older but renovated hotel, the room was comfortable, the bed could have been better but was passable. The road noise on S West St in front is kinda loud (its a major road). A/C worked great.
