Excellent loading in Prague

The staff is very kind and helpful and the facility is very clean and tidy. The location was quite good with easy tram trips I to the old town. Breakfast was buffet style and well worth the small cost. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again. Thought the room was lovely and breakfast very nice too. Staff were helpful and positive. Room was clean and tidy and sheets changed each day. The only problem was on the last two nights I could hear a female voice in the next room which disturbed my sleep. Guests maybe need a reminder to keep the noise down after 10pm so that others can sleep. Apart from that all good and would stay again. Dekuji vam.

Good location in quiet business district, tram stops over the road and 15 mins ride into the Old Town. Excellent on site Italian restaurant and staff helpful and friendly. Rooms very dated, bed hard and pillows lumpy- very uncomfortable. My room wasn’t cleaned the first night which I raised with reception. It was cleaned the second night but I was only left with one small towel and no toiletries.

super tur til prag

hotellet ligger fint og nemt komme til byen med sporvogn. gode muligheder for indkøb og resturanter lige ved siden af. Eneste minus var den italienske tjener på tilhørende resturant som konstant prøvede få os til købe mad der selvom kl kun var 15 og vi sad derinde for få den velkomst drinks vi fik tilbudt under ankomst. Toilettet på værelset sidder temmelig langt nede så skal man lige vende sig til.

Nära spårvagn, väldigt smidigt ta sig runt i Prag, perfekt om man har bil, smidig parkering har man mindre bil får man parkera i garaget på hotellet och kommer man med större bil får man en anvisad parkering som är övervakad, max 2 minuter promenad från hotellet. Personalen väldigt hjälpsam, mycket bra frukost

Dated and needs refurbishment

Hotel is dated and old, and facing the road with tram. The listing says theres air conditioning but turns out its switched off during colder months. So its not possible to have fresh air since its too noisy to open the windows and no ac. Booked an executive room, it is slightly bigger than usual room but due to the layout the bathroom is very awkward and small. As i am pregnant and i have a young toddler, it makes it really hard to shower. We have a bed thats combined by two twin bed, however they ran out of a big blanket. So were given 2 single blanket. Breakfast was included since we booked an executive room. Food selection is alright. Service staff were friendly though. Stayed for 4 nights but we couldnt wait to leave the moment we entered the room. Unlikely return again

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstücks Buffet wahr sehr gut es wahr für jeden was dabei. Es wurde auch immer wieder nachgelegt. Die nähe zum Zentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar geht aber schneller und entspannter mit der Bahn. Die Haltestellen sind gleich in der nähe. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Clean and comfortable. Nice, reasonably priced breakfast buffet. Close to tram stop. 15 minute easy commute to Old Town. Parking for rental car was a 2 minute walk
