This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! After trying to find a safe, clean, and quiet hotel for a relaxing trip to Algarve- this was the perfect spot! The hotel front desk staff were super friendly, and went above and beyond with a warm welcome when we arrived late on the first night. The nightly events were fun, and the free buffet breakfast was great. The design and furniture was lovely, and our room was spacious and clean!

Have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Check in was easy and they even upgraded my room since they had availability. The beach near by is absolutely amazing and one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen. Rooms are huge and shower pressure is great.

We stumbled upon this gorgeous resort quite by accident, after reading other reviews complaining that it was too quiet & perfect for retirees only. It was exactly what we were looking for! Many guests we encountered have been coming here every year for the last 5-10 years. Lovely, comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast & dinner buffets, impeccable service. Free parking & a short walk to area restaurants & supermarket. Cut through neighbouring golf resort to access a gorgeous beach.

This place is excellent for a mid range hotel. It’s not 5 star but it doesn’t try to be. Very clean, nice rooms. Very quiet and restful as adults only. Great staff. Breakfast is great. Dining options are limited but the buffet is reasonably priced and good food. Great pool and 20 mins walk to the beach. Don’t try and rent a sun lounger from the PineCliffs hotel as they will charge you 250 euros. Walk further down the beach and you will get one for 14 unit need to get there before 11.

The front desk staff were very rude and not accomodating. Do not go to this resort unless you are 55 looking for complete silence during your stay. We were 6 couples who came to this adults only hotel looking to relax and unwind. They silenced us when we got together and did not allow us to play any music (during the day). They were nasty and rude. No one else complained except the staff. The music was not loud and was far away from others. The hotel is very pretty, clean, and the housekeeping staff as well as the dining room staff were great. It is unfortunate that the fromt desk staff and management are complete a******* Especially the guy with the ponytail. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a good time with their friends. It is for the elderly looking for complete silence in the pool area, lobby, and in their own rooms. If you want that type of vacation, this hotel is for you. If you prefer to be able to converse with friends in the lobby, enjoy music by the pool, or in your room while getting ready, do not come here. You will get shushed all day, every day like you are a child.

NO FUN ALLOWED! SILENCE! RETIREES ONLY! The room was very hot. It took about 36 hours for the minibar to cool the drinks we had. Despite AC being on for 4 days, it never dropped below 22.5 degrees C! On day 2, we tried going to the beach, which was beautiful, but a full 20 minute walk, including many stairs. The beach does not have beds for the hotel and you have to walk even further for public ones. They are 20 euro per couple, and we could not find enough available ones for our group, because most are reserved by the other hotels. There are shuttles that do not run on Sundays or Mondays and stop running at 2:30PM, so getting there is more trouble than it's worth. THIS IS NOT A BEACH RESORT. The worst part of the stay is their silly rules! We booked adults-only to have fun, which we did in our previous two destinations in Portugal. All 6 couples were constantly shushed here, when getting together in the lobby! The next day, we got together in our room before going out and I put music on in my room on my 3 inch portable speaker. Five minutes later, a front desk employee knocked on the door and angrily told us we have to turn it off! Most of the guests are quite old, and though we were prepared for adults, we were not prepared for the amount of retirees. No guests complained about our group. It was the hotel management with their smug grins and arrogant behavior that kept us from having a good time for no apparent reason. Toilet broke on day 4 - took hours to fix! STAY AWAY!
