I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were amazing and very friendly. I feel Rose is an absolute precious person. Just keep in mind, this is not a resort. This is an older hotel, but a wonderful hotel with very comfortable king sized beds. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent. Something’s could be updated, but doesn’t change my mind about staying again. It has a beautiful harbor view and is just a quick walk to the beautiful beach.

The staff was great, the breakfast buffet was a little lacking …only carbs, no eggs or meat. The hotel needs a little “Love!”
Verified review

6/10 Good

Room and staff were very good. The hotel was extremely noise due to the interior corridors. The hotel is concrete and every sound in the hallway is amplified. Extremely poor design. It was bad enough that we cut out stay to one night.

Our all time favorite place to stay!!! Excellent restaurants Plus the Harbor Walk with great choices for dining and entertainment also within walking distance. We always take our boat which we can leave in the water and dock there. Beautiful view of the Harbor with nice pool overlooking the Harbor!

Friendly staff. The pool could use a cleaning, the net to just skim out the leaves and whatever or leave one out there that others could use. Had two employees try coming in our room during check out morning. Check out is 11am.

Loved this hotel! Staff were friendly, room was clean with a beautiful view! The only thing I could complain about was the pet area, it was a small patch of grass but other than that I loved!

The view and location was amazing.. The hotel felt like a Super 8 or a motel 6.. TV was broken and left on.. Sheets were dirty. You have to call desk for WiFi, but no one ever answers.. Overall would avoid this facility

Sheets were clean and beds fresh; showers hot. Carpet needs replacing Ceiling leaking or condensation dripping water. Beautiful harbor view Felt safe
Verified review

6/10 Good

The staff was pleasant but not overly helpful. The room was clean but patches on ceiling were ugly and door inside room was rotting from air condition moisture The bed and pillows were comfortable. The harbor view from the balcony was beautiful. The hot water was iffy. We had lukewarm water at night but no hot water not even luke warm in the mornings. I told the desk on departure but was not offered any type of compensation. The grab and go breakfast was satisfactory if you're in a hurry.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. One of the best parts was being able to see fishes swimming clearly from our room and even dolphins playing in the ocean. It was such a beautiful and relaxing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were friendly, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves the ocean and nature!
