Hot food at breakfast was generally lukewarm or cold. Upgrades underway outside which leaves the property looking like a building site. Bad choice by us as was too far from central Avignon to be much use a a tourist hotel. No doubt serves its purpose as a conference venue.

A good stay in the end!

A pleasant hotel which fit all of our needs. When we arrived, they informed us that our booking was incorrect and that we would have to pay a substantial fee to get a room for us. After some negotiation, we got the room which we had originally booked and suddenly the staff could not be more helpful. There seems to be a miscommunication between the hotel and yourselves regarding the requirements of a family room which is disappointing. The room was clean and functional and the pool is a real asset and was enjoyed by us all.

Property is outdated, both from the outside and inside. Not at all what you would expect from a Best Western. The lock in my room was broken and I had to place the desk behind the door at night, as the door to the building was not locked either. Carpet was stained, night lamps were flaking,... I would NOT recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly and that was the only positive thing about this place.

We only stayed for one night here and the main reception dining area and other public areas were lovely. A little tired but okay. We had to move rooms as we had booked for 2 adults and 1 child and only had one bed in our room. Thanks to Google translate we managed to resolve the issues. The rooms werent cleaned to a great standard as there was lots of dust stained and dirty carpets and broken switches. However, the beds and bathrooms including bedding and towels were cleaned to a good standard. The hotel itself seems very secure and the area seemed nice. A great pizza place just around the corner in the local village. Okay for a one night stop over.

This place was awful. It was 25 minutes to Avignon and there is nothing in the area, not to see, not to eat, not to shop, It is run down. There were cigarette stains on the carpet. The socket cover was coming off the wall. The remote control needed batteries. The staff were not at all helpful. There was not one English tv channel.

Actuellement classifié 3☆,tout a été rénové pour un passage 4☆. C'est magnifiquement décoré dans l'ensemble de l'établissement. Situé à coté de l'aéroport et du parc exposition. Certains personnels devront peut-être se former à la catégorie 4☆. Dans la chambre: literie exceptionnelle (la meilleure de tous les hôtels à mon goût et j'en fait 90 par an). Frigo avec eau et coca offerts. Coffre, Nespresso et bouilloire. De vraies tasses puis de vrais verres dans la sdb. Immense télé, terrasse avec table et chaises dans toutes les chambres. Pas de nuisances sonores dues à l'extérieur. Tres beau PDJ pour 16€. Avec saumon fumé oranges à presser, choix dans les plats chauds, etc... Sinon, restaurant beaucoup trop cher sur les plats chauds et dessert. Plats entre 22 et plus de 30€, desserts à 11€. C'est un tres mauvais calcul de l'établissement car cela peu inciter à manger à l'extérieur. Même si c'est beau et bon, ça ne les vaut pas. Parkkng sécurisé gratuit.
