Great customer care

It was an easy check-in. We needed some adjustments of rooms and the staff at the reception were very helpful. They were very customer oriented and addressed to our needs. We stayed at this property for three days and needed assistance at various occasions. We found the staff team always available, willing and ready to assist at any time. It never took more than a few minutes to attend whenever you called housekeeping service. Hotel provides most of the services a guest would require, in-house. Most importantly, it’s reasonably cheap compared to similar properties. Highly recommend and I definitely will book this hotel again and again

This hotel is tired & dated. The room was dark & dingy & the dirty caret had been partially replaced by boards. The sink in our room was cracked & dirty. We were not given enough towels & I had to ask twice for additional, which was deemed to be an inconvenience. Other than the two porters, the rest of the staff were really completely disinterested. We were really too tired from travelling to express our concerns & just glad to move on to our next hotel.The property is located on a very busy junction & directly under the airport flight path. If you like pollution this hotel is for you, although I have to say, it is well insulated, so there was no noise disturbance.

We didn’t enjoy our stay. We were dismayed about the indoor pool. The water was blurry dark and the surrounding was unclean. The whole pool looks terribly dirty. The only reason we checked in was the indoor pool, we’re supposed to stay two nights but we just stayed one night. And I haven’t received my refund for the other one night until now.

The room was poorly. No hand towels in the bathroom and only 1 bath towel, the flush would keep running when used. Lighting near the door/outside the bathroom broken. King bed was 2 twin beds connected, they do not have 2 queens. No, i didnt contact the hotel bcoz i came to stay for 1 night and i expect the room to be liveable and not have to complain. Do no recommend this place.
