The location is good with the town bus stop at the front door and the Avon Station a short walk away. The City Market grocery is a easy walk as is several restaurants and shopping. The kitchen cabinets/drawers did not have pull handles?knobs. The couch and chair is basic low end quality and not comfortable. The bed was comfortable.
