Quarto pequeno demais , muito pouco confortável O vaso sanitário fica em um cubículo, quase um armário, tenho 1,80 tive dificuldade em usar , com 1,5mts a mais no quarto vc teria um banheiro descente! O local é perigoso, todos os motoristas de Uber que nos transportaram nos alertaram pra não andar a pé pelo risco de assalto, apesar de estar a pouco mais de 500 mts da orla fomos obrigados a andar de Uber ! As janelas não tem vedação acústica fiquei no apt156 em frente havia um bar com som alto , sem condições de dormir até 02:00 da manhã

A estadia foi boa. Só tive um problema no atendimento com um recepcionista que me constrangeu, foi grosso e arrogante. Falta de respeito comigo que estou hospedada a bastabte tempo e com o hotel, pois tinha hóspede na recepção. Para um recpcionista, acredito que ele tem que aprender como atender um hospede. Se eu tivesse sido atendida por qualquer outro recepcionista do hotel, o tom de voz teria sido diferente.

A estadia é boa, o único problema é que o pessoal da manutençao não respeita o cartão de descanso na porta. Não verifica direito com a recepção o número certo do apt e mesmo que estivesse certo, se tem o cartão na porta ê pq não pode bater. Da outra vez eu avisei na receção e pedi pra avisarem pra eles prestarem ATENÇÃO no cartão. Mais uma vez bateram na porta. Será que esse rapaz não teve treinamento pra saber pra que serve o cartão na porta? Falta de atenção e respeito.
