The Hotel houskeeping uses a dedorizer for the carpets that smells a little strong. As an allery sufferer we had to change rooms twice. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding. I've never experienced this before and just suggest they not use such a frangrant scent. Other than that our room was pretty clean. There was some dust present on the lamps and a few light stains on the couch but nothing worth complaining about.

The room was clean and spacious. We loved the free breakfast, and the location of the hotel is the best ever. It is located near several restaurants, the Camarillo outlets, a grocery store, and close to the freeway to get anywhere you want to go. Our family would definitely stay here again. The room, staff, pool, and breakfast were nice! Would have given a five, but we didn’t care for the surprise nightly parking charge upon check-in. It felt like an unnecessary money grab and was very disappointing. Eliminate the parking charge, and you’ve got a hotel worth returning to!
