We had a great stay at the Kinzie. The location is fantastic-right in the heart of the river district area and not far from the T station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and offered plenty variety, although the room got crowded. The afternoon happy hour was a nice touch as well. We would stay here again. The only downside is that there isn't really anywhere to hang out outside of your room in the hotel (other than the breakfast/happy hour room, which isn't very large). There is no lobby to speak of. But the central location near so many fabulous Chicago cafes and eateries makes up for that lack.

Centrally located to tourist areas. Easy to find. Staffs were great. My flight was cancelled on the way to Chicago so i missed one night stay. Though i messaged the hotel through Hotel.com i was told when i checked in the nxt day that i should have rang them. It was quite impossible because of the time difference from UK, i did not see their reply and i was enroute already to Chicago when i found out and there was no way i can give them a ring . Nevertheless, we enjoyed the rest of our stay .
