They were painting when we got there.... and the maintenance guys forgot to reattach the lock plate to our room door - so we had to get management to have them come fix the door to our room so it would lock.... There were 4 people with dogs in a hotel that doesn't allow dogs.... (when can we stop catering to the "emotional support dog " people like we are stopping to allow people who think they are ladies in the women's room) The staff were polite and professional, and the morning breakfast was fantastic. Parking was a little tight, but workable... Overall - an 8 out of 10..... Very well priced for that value..

Our room was pretty clean, the pool area was clean, no towels though, the towel bin was empty. Online it says the pool closes at 10pm, when I checked in the guy told me it closes at 8pm. That’s pretty early for a pool in a hotel. When it was 8pm the guy never came and told anyone the pool was closing. He turned the lights off to the pool area with a pool full of kids, my son is 5. I kept having to get my key remade because it wouldn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t that great, but it was included so I won’t complain.

No extra blankets were available to use the pull out couch. The 8:00pm closing time for the Hot Tub is too late and the 10:00am open time is too late. Mostly disappointed about the earlier closing time. The cleanliness was the best part of the experience. Evening staff was semi-friendly. The morning staff was exceedingly friendly.
