I usually don’t expect much from a 2 star hotel but I’ve been fairly lucky with modest clean 2 stars motels/hotels on the past, especially from Best Western. Unfortunately this one really didn’t meet my modest expectations. The room looked nice and modern overall but the bathroom was DIRTY. There was some sticky drops next to the toilet and whoever mopped the floor just pushed dirt up against the baseboard. The mattresses were old and the springs popping up making it very uncomfortable. Breakfast surprised us. Pretty good for a 2 stars hotels with scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes!

Nice place, nice staff, reasonable price, nice rooms. If I had to complain about something it would be that our king size bed's mattress was hard as a board and hubby and myself have bad backs and didn't sleep well during our stay. However, I did not complain about it to them. I would go again ( I'd just request another room)

We had only one issue during our stay…but was taken care of immediately after I called the front desk and then they called back to see if I had any other issues and if everything was okay now . Staff was very helpful needed extra towels, very quick to respond!! The only problem was which didn’t interfere with our stay and wasn’t really a problem but they had several people living there so it seemed but it didn’t affect us in any way . Just something we observed will be staying there again in the near future

The hotel smelled like stale cigarettes. The room keys stopped working several times during our 2 night stay. The room had dead bugs by the ac. The floors had a slippery coating on them. It was my first time staying at a Best Western. While the staff was very friendly our bathroom left a lot to be desired. The last guest had left her garments hanging on the back of the bathroom door, our tub consistently filled up with water while showering, and there was hair on the blow dryer. We were only in town for a short stay for a concert, but definitely expected a better condition for the room. The staff was very plesent and had offered to retrieve the garments. The hotel was all booked and we didn't have another option for another room. While not the worst experience, it could have been better.
