Overall, the stay was okay.
The hotel appeared to be overbooked, with a high volume of guests checking in and out and not enough housekeeping staff to keep up. As a result, during my four-day, three-night stay, our room was not cleaned at all.
To their credit, the hotel did leave a note explaining the situation, and we were able to pick up fresh towels and other essentials from the front desk when needed.
It’s also worth noting that the hotel does not offer room service. There is an on-site restaurant, but it operates on limited hours—only open for a few hours in the morning and again in the evening.
One highlight of the stay was the bartender, Deanna, who was excellent—friendly, attentive, and very informative.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but having the room serviced at least once during our stay would have made a noticeable difference.
