Perfect Position at the Main station

Perfect Position of the Hotel near Main Station and Shopping mile. Direct booking of the Hotel would provide Train Tickets for the whole Stay. The Room size is ok, but the Bath would Need a Bus more attention from the cleaning Team. Breakfast has a good selection of Food.

Very convenient location near Central station. Room is big enough to feel confortable. Only one thing i did not like was a big staion remained on floor carpet near desk. Looks like a stain with face cream or someting while. Other than that very good.

Great for transport connections. Spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. Double glazing cuts noise effectively. Air con was set at 19. I couldn't adjust it to lower temperature despite repeated attempts. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and dining room was pleasant.

HOTEL convinient to Trainstation and city, Room size good. Temperature in room was cool and not possible to adjust (even with the display in the room - system was not working) - I asked collegue and he had the same problem. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n langzame incheck gehad. Al mijn gegevens waren bekend maar toch deed hij er 16 minuten over om ons in te checken. Het zou rookvrij moeten zijn maar we hebben de hele nacht het raam open laten staan vanwege de sigarettenrook. Ook in de lift rook je het. Kamer was erg vies, vlekken in het tapijt en vlekken op het bed. Badkamer was ook niet goed schoon want het wc papier zat nog in de pot van de vorige gast. Al met al zeer teleurstellend. Ik kom hier zeker niet meer terug

Gute, fußläufige Erreichbarkeit vom Hamburger Hbf. Hervorzuheben ist die Dachterrasse in der 8. Etage. Von dieser hat man einen schönen Blick in Richtung Hotel Atlantik und einem Gewässer. In unmittelbarer Nähe viele Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Mein Manko. Klimaanlage. Anscheinend wirbelt sie nur die Innenluft um. Für mein empfinden keine ausreichende Kühlung. Das Zimmer war aufgeheizt. Mit Tagen bei 30°C hätte ich es in dem Zimmer wohl gar nicht ertragen
