I received all the products and services as advertised and that are expected from an airport hotel. All staff was friendly and helpful. It appears that the bathroom was newly renovated, beds were comfortable and storage space was ample. I took one star off for Property Conditions because the carpets need to be replaced. They had bleach stains in some areas - but, importantly, the carpets were clean!

I reserved this Hotel because it INCLUDED a shuttle to the Airport - when we checked in we were told it was no longer included, and we had to pay a small fee. The only bottled water in our room came with a PRICE on it. We were not impressed. There were other Hotels that included the shuttle to the airport we could have chosen.
