Mostly good

The room was amazing and so was breakfast. I was disappointed that the pool and beach access was closed. Also there was close to no parking close to the hotel.

Very disappointed

Long list of issues. Hotel was dirty and hot, Pool was closed, no beach access from beach front hotel, had to park off site due to hotel construction. Wedding gift that was supposed to be placed on our room was lost and no one could find it!

Infelizmente uma obra na piscina em pleno verao, absurdo e ainda para ir a praia tinha que sair do hotel e entrar pelo acesso ao lado pois o acesso normal do hotel era pela area da piscina. Reservei um hotel de frente para a praia para curtir e nao consegui. Devido a obra, a metade do estacionamento estava fechado e nao tinha vaga para todos. Nao merece ser chamado de Hyatt. Cafe da manha lotado e sem pessoas para manter limpo e organizado

No hot water in room, AC didn’t work, not enough parking and despite it being a busy holiday weekend there was only one desk clerk. Maintenance staff was helpful in getting things fixed. Also pool was not open due to hurricane damage and there wasn’t any beach access.

Nice hotel if all you want is an ocean view

The view and the staff were nice. The breakfast bar was pretty good. The pool and hottub are both not working. There wasn't enough parking in the main parking or the overflow lot for their guests. We only had fresh towels the first day of our 5 night stay, and requested towels but was told by staff that the hotel was out of towels. The price of the hotel was not relective of the quality of stay. Maybe once they get all the renovations finished it would be worth the price.

Disappointing stay

The hotel is decent and the young lady at check in was nice and polite she got me early check in and extra pillows and towels. But the marijuana smells at this hotel was horrible. I paid for a balcony room that I couldn’t even enjoy because the smell was so bad we had to close the window and go inside to escape! That issue needs to be addressed immediately before the hotel isn’t worth going to.

worst hotel

This was our 2nd stay within the month, understanding there had been a huricane or two ( many properties were being redone) and thw pool was almost done in March but this time April , one month later still not done. Ceiling in eating area still a disaster, ewaiting for it to fall down, sign on 24/7 eatery still up ( they havent hd that in at leasst a yr) Got to hotel and they said the room I booked ,2 months ago, is not available ( 2 queen bed , Suppose to have granchild for one night) It was Jeep week, I said where is my room? She kinda mumbled and said I'll find something. So no queens GREAT!!! Aking , ok I said not on side. She did give us a king room , for handicapp, which we're not , but ok, no grandkid. I didn't let them clean the room since last month they did'nt even make the bed, i can do that. There was also a hole on the corner of the hasack , either torn and not taped or chewed ( pet friendly and any size dog) I let them know so we were not responsible but should have been replaced , fixed or taped. Never stayed at a Hyatt thought this would be great byt not anymore. It was a disgrace, yes I should have taken pictures. I will from now on.

disappointing

I chose this hotel because it is on the beach and had a pool. When we checked in we found out that the pool was being repaired and the only access to the beach was through the local park next to it. When I inquired about access the front desk rudely told me that it was over the wall!! I asked if I had to climb the wall and he just grunted. I also inquired about compensation and he told me I all ready had a discount! My bill did not reflect a discount!! I have stayed at many Hyatt's but I will rethink my choice.

Hotel is dated and old. Front desk unhelpful No chairs on balconies, So if you want to sit outside and look at the ocean and bring some camp chairs. Breakfast buffet was the highlight.

Very sad and disappointing

Rude receptionist housekeeping were nicer than the guy name Andrew. I came in 2 hours earlier to see if I can check in. He was not there just the housekeeping. Then I asked he said not till 4 rolled his eyes and walked away. To answer the phone like I wasn’t even there. Came back at 4 and my room was still not ready and waited a extra 20 30 minutes. The pool was not even working . Or the gym. This was suppose to be a gift for my 13 year old son. Will highly not be coming back, Or recommending to anyone.

Even with the construction happening during our stay (which we knew about ahead of time), this turned out to be one of the best anniversary vacations we've had in a while. The hotel's location was perfect—everything we needed was within a 20-minute drive in any direction. Some mornings the breakfast could have been better, but hey, we still ate and made it work, lol. We especially loved how easy it was to get to the beach—such a convenience! I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 mainly due to the ongoing construction and the fact that the building is a bit outdated. Still, we had a great experience overall!

A broken Spring Break

Was rather excited about coming back for another stay bc my last stay was fabulous. However this stay was not the same. First I wasn’t notified until 24hrs prior to my arrival that the pool and access to the beach area was closed. The reason being hurricane damage repair. Huge disappointment!! Second, there was no furniture on the balcony which’s I was told was also due to hurricane damage. Oh come now me being a Florida girl all my life I have been through lots of hurricanes. Not one hurricane slipped up on us leaving no one any prep time to secure any outdoor items. So I find it really hard to believe that hurricane damages caused no balcony furniture availability. Disappointed again!!! Third; the ice machine was broken on our floor which took the next day for it to up and running. Not to be a total Debbie Downer - the breakfast was fantastic both mornings and the staff was friendly and courteous.

Just an okay stay

We were not notified at the time of booking that there was no pool or hot tub or beach access due to renovation. Also the air conditioning was very loud making it difficult to sleep

Nice hotel but with a high price. They could do a little better on cleaning. Hallways and elevators really need vacuuming and swept.. one thing I did not like that was not on the ad when I booked that there was no beach access or pool cause of repairs. I was informed this three days before I left for my trip. I think this should have reflected on the price. Other than that, it was a really nice hotel, large, nice room and a great breakfast. They could have used a chair or a table on the balcony. Nothing there to sit on.
