Absolutely recommend this hotel on the beach yet near the city of Veracruz. Rooms all have a Gulf of Mexico view, bed is big and comfortable and the light in the room is magnificent. There is a pool with bar and the beach is walkable. Parking is free.

Se fue la luz una tarde y noche ,no tenían planta y si es necesario que esté hotel cuente con una planta porque hasta pensamos en cambiar de habitación,el personal dispuesto a cambiar la habitación,pero si es necesario este tema gracias

Habitación con muchos problemas de mantenimiento. Nuncio hubo agua caliente , instalaciones del baño en mal estado, el balcón muy muy sucio y silla rota del balcón , y para rematar había un ruido como de un tubo toda la noche en el baño. En recepción al salir ni se molestaron en preguntar si todo había estado bien , solo me dijeron ya está todo pagado y listo. El restaurante también ya urge de cambiar el menú o darle otro aire, tengo mucho tiempo viniendo y siempre es lo mismo.
