The noise around the hotel is insane, not even from the road from from the rooms around you and the hallway. Some people smoke on the hallways (hall ways are open, but smoke goes everywhere). The restaurant takes booking but as it is also open to public they seem to have problems with supplying the meals their menu lists. The floorboards in the lift are rotten and loose and don’t be fooled by the image of the pool as it is tiny. All together the worst value for money and untidiest place I stayed in Reunion.

en résumé : BOF Pas de sèche cheveux, drap peluché, usé, serviette de bains de couleur grise pas agréable, mur dégradé, un tube de gel ou ou shampooing ou les 2 mais on sait pas trop , une chasse d'eau qui réveille tous le monde quand vous la tirez, un rideau cassé qui laisse rentré le jour et le tout dans une odeur de renfermé ou la chambre n'est jamais aéré... J'ai vu mais je n'y reviendrai plus...

Comme à chaque fois que nous prenons l’avion, ou que nous avons une nuit à passer sur St Denis, notre choix se porte sur cet hôtel. L’accueil, l’écoute, l’efficacité du personnel nous incite à ne pas chercher ailleurs. Hôtel propre, tout le personnel auquel nous avons eu à faire, ou que nous avons croisé, est professionnel, la literie est confortable.

Hôtel agréable et très bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très copieux. Seul petit bémol pour la salle du restaurant et du petit déjeuner avec un plafond en béton brut (pas peint) qui tranche avec le reste. Je conseille cet hôtel où nous séjournons lorsque nous sommes à Saint Denis

Hôtel très agréable - Point négatif, lors de de la réservation, ainsi que lors de mon enregistrement au comptoir, on m'a annoncé qu'il y avait un bar à la piscine, en roof top, en m'indiquant les horaires. Hors sur les 3 jours de mon séjour, il n'a pas été ouvert une seule fois, et la piscine n'était pas éclairée. je n'ai donc pas apprécié que l'on me mente

Idéal pour une nuit avant d’aller prendre l’avion

Les + : situation, excellente literie, la chambre spacieuse et plutôt bien équipée, l’happy hour au bar de l’hôtel. Le parking en sous-sol même si payant (15€) Les - : la piscine n’en est pas une. C’est une pataugeoire et la terrasse sur le toit cote piscine est ridiculement petite. Le bar sur le toit était fermé le jour de notre séjour. Petit déjeuner trop cher. Mauvaise isolation phonique. Vitres de la chambre pas nettoyées : on ne voyait pas à travers

Un séjour avec un passage cyclonique et je peux assurer que l'ensemble de l'équipe du Dina d'astreinte fût exemplaire que ce soit à la Réception, au bar et au restaurant. L'hôtel est vraiment agréable pour y séjourner lors d'un séjour professionnel.
