Was billed twice and took forever to get sorted. Housekeeping never showed. Hotel was very outdated. Customer service was poor except the gentleman at the front desk. He was very nice and polite. Will not return to this company. The beach was beautiful.

Beach view was a little obstructed. We booked for a waterpark but only had a little indoor pool that was filthy and over chlorinated to the point it burned my eyes and throat just being in the room. They were not upfront that the outdoor waterpark was closed or when it opens for the season. The room was average. Bed was comfortable. Pricing was fair for the cafe and restaurants in the hotel. Having breakfast included would have been a plus.

Well the hot tubs were full of suds the first night I was there and lots of dirt. The next morning at 11:00 they were still that way. I went to talk to the manager and this guy said oh I'm a pool blah blah blah and gave me attitude told me he was up there three times in the tubs were clean first thing in the morning. I showed him a photo from last night and a photo from today full of suds!! I asked him if he would like to get in hot tub like that and he said "well do you want to do my job?" Poor customer service attitude. I went to the general manager and explained all of that and gave him a written letter. It was my first day and probably my last stay since nobody had an answer and they offered no accommodations or anything. I canceled the rest of my week there and went down the road to a place that I knew was dependable

The bathrooms had a little cleaning opportunities and the mattresses were worn, which made a rough nights sleep. As for the Resort itself, it was great. Things to do with the kids at the Resort. Stores for shopping near by. Close to great restaurants. The staff was beyond amazing. Great price for a weekend trip. I will definitely be back.
