Had a 4night stay here as a family + 2 adult kids (21/18yrs) after a week at Lake Garda. Quite high up the hill side up via windy roads. Nice lake views. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need for a short stay. Nice welcome pack from the Rental Agents with Wine, biscuits, cereals and bits. Garage is underneath the building (1of4 garages) and a little tight and you need to reverse into the underground bit and the garage itself. Our rental was a Jeep Renegade and fitted in ok. Washing machine is in the garage, but small load capacity. Its possible to walk up/down the hillside in a more direct straight line if you wanted through the houses down to the church /square at teh bottom but is steep and an effort in the heat for oldies. You can walk down to the 'beach' area nearby and the Beach bar/restaurant which we ate lunch in once (just ok).
Balcony area was off the living room and adjoins the neighbours so you can see/hear each other easily, but nobody direct to the LHS when we were there. Didn't use the pool once at the back or see anyone use it in 4 days, doesn't get a lot of sun as it is trapped somewhat from direct sunlight between the back of the buildings and the hillside, maybe 3hrs across midday at best, not a lot of space around it to sit out.
Only one Aircon unit in the main bedroom, none in the 2nd bedroom. Bedrooms are in the loft space so gets hot... Aircon unit packed in twice...practically useless. Would look elsewhere if staying again.
