When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.

The pool central and well-used. Most of the rooms face the pool so it’s loud, and doesn’t close til 10-11 most nights. But if you want to use a fun pool at all hours, this place is for you!

We stayed in a "pool side" room. It was on the third floor, very hot and very, very humid from the pool. The room's carpets were very well worn and there were rust marks everywhere there was a hinge or anything metal. Could really use a refresh. Beds were comfortable. Staff was kind. You do have to remove ALL food from cars b/c of bears in the area.

The check-in staff, pool and location are really the only reasons this even got a 2 star review. Our room was clean, however, the paint was peeling off the walls and ceilings, the window curtains wouldn't close, the bathroom had to climb over the toilette in order to close the bathroom door because the door barley cleared the toilette when you opened it, so cramped. The bed felt like sleeping on a solid haybale covered in sheets and the pillows felt like a solid laundry sack - so uncomfortable. And lets not forget to mention how LOUD the hotel is, they have no sound proofing! Our room was right outside the elevator and starting at 6am people waiting for it carrying on conversations at full volume, you would have sworn they were actually in our room talking, then the drunks at midnight from the masonic motorcycle men's group there, hanging out drinking and smoking in a tent in the parking lot all day stumbling to their rooms with booming voices. They left beer cans and trash in the parking lot, this is not a family friendly crowd. Our room had a shared door to the room beside us, and again no soundproofing we could hear their conversations clear as day and they had a baby who was screaming at 2am and sounded like it was directly in our room. Definitely would not stay again, especially for what we paid. Not sure how it got such high reviews.

Pool and hot tub were great with the exception of no kids allowed in hot tub as there rule..however we couldn't enjoy the hot tub for kids climbing over us etc we have kids and love kids but us as parents couldn't go relax in hot tub for this reason.... Also the beds were like laying on a piece of plywood everyone in my family complained they couldn't sleep and we're sore from the beds
