Great location

This is a lovely hotel situated a 1 min walk from Giglio water bus stop on line 1. It is only a 10 minute walk from St Mark's Square. The area around the hotel is very quiet and the room was lovely. The only downside was the bathroom is made from frosted glass walls so not as much privacy if you're sharing the room while you're using it!

Room was very nice, area was not too far from the city center, and I was reached out to by a very kind staff member before we arrived just double checking when we would check in and she gave us directions on where to go to get there. Loved that. All in all a good experience.

The hospitality was beyond perfect, the personnel was very kind and helpful. We needed a watertaxi in order to get to the bus station and they arranged the booking days before. They sent you a message via WhatsApp and they are in constant communication in order to help. I truly recommend this place.

Very nice stay in a gorgeous room, well stocked bathroom, with all amenities. Location is great for all of the sights you come to Venice for, though you do have to go a little further out to find good restaurants. Daily cleaning and mini-bar stocking was great. Could have done with a larger bin for rubbish within the room. The only friction really was trying to figure out the check-in process if arriving outside of hours (8am-4pm). Hotel Torino, round the corner, is the 24/h check-in location, which is fine, but it took a couple of days for email/text replies to confirm the process ahead of our stay.

This property is difficult to find. All other hotels in area have huge signs. This one a small 6 x 4 maybe on doorbell. I wasn't the only guest whom had trouble finding it. Nice place, convenient to the square, within walking distance. Room was nice. My biggest beef was, because i have no upper body strength, it was difficult for me to push those solid wooden doors open. Overall, it was nice!

Facilities excellent but the men that received us in feont desk not very friendly. With my VIP status i supposed to received 1 bottle of wine daily but the staff didnt know that. The hotel is not identified, dificult to find if your GPS didnt function as per poor signal.

Amazing stay in Venice

Wonderful modern room. Very clean and had a turn down service everyday with new towels and even the mini-bar stocked back up every day! AC was working amazing which is such a relief when it’s 30 degrees outside! WhatsApp concierge worked wonders, there is a lobby but reception only available until 4pm, but their sister hotel around the corner is open if needed. We checked in at 2am but someone met us to check us in which was great. Location is amazing, a quiet square very close to the water bus stop which serves the airport and local islands. Also very close to all the main attractions in Venice without being overcrowded like railto bridge. We did have the mezzanine suite so the room was so nice, only thing it lacked was a balcony or view, but it wasn’t a big deal to us. Bed was super comfortable and very large! Thank you

Disappointing

The hotel was easy to find, a quick walk from the Giglio water boat stop. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. However, the air conditioning did not cool. We wrote a message to management through What’s App and they just answered that they checked the AC and that it was working. No one actually called us or stopped by the room to check the temperature. The temperature never went down in the room. Needless to say, we were not happy and it was uncomfortable.

No hot water and a leak, not what you expect

Good location but over priced. We were on the top floor and the shower was very poor and took 20 minutes to get warm, when raised with hotel we were told that is what happens with old buildings… if hot water can’t be guaranteed then not sure how they can justify the room price? On the last night we woke up to find the room floor had flooded, water coming from under the door. When reported the next day we were told somebody above us left the skylight open, no apology just a shrug of shoulders.
