Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay – Not Worth the Price
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was both disappointing and unpleasant. Over the course of three nights, the noise from neighboring rooms—both beside and above—was excessive and constant. Despite informing the hotel staff, no effective action was taken. We were not offered an alternative room, and the problem persisted throughout our stay, making it incredibly stressful and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, during breakfast, we discovered a hair in the cheese tray. We showed this to the staff, who simply removed the tray without offering any apology or explanation, and replaced it as if it were completely normal. This lack of hygiene and accountability was shocking.
Additionally, the hotel limits guests to just one cappuccino per person at breakfast. This felt unnecessarily stingy and unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at—where guests are never restricted on basic items like coffee.
While the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, that’s about the only positive. Given the noise issues, poor customer service, and disappointing breakfast experience, I do not recommend this hotel. For the price, there are plenty of better, cleaner, and more peaceful options available. Save your money—and your peace of mind—and book elsewhere for a more pleasant stay.
