Good property overall and I would stay again. Staff were friendly and good. Extremely quiet location. Swimming pool could do with an upgrade as well as some of the bathrooms that have baths only. Finally a minor point and only if you have lots of luggage. You have to walk to the reception from the car park to inform the reception that you have arrived so they can come and help you as it is hard to roll them over the gravel and stones. Similarly my room didn’t have a phone to call the reception to help us with our luggage on our departure.

On the plus side: The location is beautiful with open views across the countryside. The reception staff are willing, efficient, friendly and do their best in the face of quite a few challenges. The hotel is characterful. On the downside: It is not as advertised - if it was a product that we had bought we would have sent it back. We booked and paid for a hotel with a leisure centre and gym. It doesn't have either - no gym at all. We were promised fine dining - apparently it used to be, but it is far from that now, it has a casual cafe making pizzas and a few pasta meals which were ok for lunch. The kitchen is open so it is easy to see that these meals are not made fresh and are nowhere near fine dining. The hotel seems to be in the process of being run down with various aspects being left to poorly maintained. This was true in our room where half the lights didn't work, the taps had been replaced in the bathroom but leaving parts of the sink still with holes, the tennis court was far from the picture on the website - if it is not resurfaced in the next few months it will soon become unplayable. If the hotel was advertised accurately it may say 'charming, rustic, rural' but it should never say 5 star. We wrote to the hotel after our stay to invite their comment but they did not reply.
Our room was poorly maintained. Our water was turned off one morning presumably by the gardener who was mowing outside our room at 8am.
The room accessories are not luxurious. There is no coffee machine in the room and it feels run down.
Reassuringly sterilised glass.
The tennis court is just abou tok but the surface is becoming loose and if it doesn't get some attention it will become unsafe.

Absolument divin !

Nous venons de rentrer d’un séjour de 3 nuits à l’hôtel Reserva Rotana et nous n’avons qu’une hâte c’est d’y retourner ! J’avais offert ce séjour à mon mari pour Noël dans le cadre d’un week-end surprise golf et je suis extrêmement satisfaite de mon choix, mon mari a tout adoré ! L’accueil par le maître des lieux était top ! Un monsieur très très sympathique qui nous a surclassé à notre arrivée. Notre chambre était magnifique et très spacieuse en rez de jardin avec petite terrasse privative. D’ailleurs toutes les chambres sont disséminées dans le magnifique parc. Le domaine est sublime et très bien entretenu. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant qui offre une carte très raisonnable. Et que dire des infrastructures ! C’est le paradis pour les golfeurs. Le golf 9 trous est très joli et technique, d’ailleurs prévoyez des balles, vous risquez d’en perdre quelques unes ;-). Le golf est à disposition des clients de l’hôtel à volonté... pas besoin de réserver ! Vous avez la possibilité de louer une voiturette. Le coin piscine est ravissant même si nous n’en avons pas profité. En bref, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde tout est parfait ! Un petit détail : le GPS de la voiture vous emmène dans une petite zone industrielle ce qui surprend, mais pas de panique il faut continuer quelques kilomètres plus loin, l’hôtel est fléché, et vous le trouverez en pleine campagne, au beau milieu de la nature, c’est divin !

Das Hotel verfügt über den einzigen privaten Golfplatz auf Mallorca. Spielen dürfen hier nur die Hotelgäste und auswärtige Gäste , die das Golfmenü ( Menü & unlimited Golf ) gebucht haben.Daher ist der 9 Loch Platz nie überfüllt und man kann nach Lust und Laune spielen ohne sich an irgendwelche Abschlagzeiten halten zu müssen. Jedes Zimmer hat einen abschließbaren Garderobenschrank, damit man sein Golfgepäck nicht durchs Hotel schleppen muss. Kostenlose Trolleys sowie kostenpflichtige Carts stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr hochwertig und zieht am Wochenende viele Spanier an, die es mit einer Runde Golf verbinden. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Romantisch !!!

Es war alles sehr schön , nur die Ruhe wurde von schreienden Jugendlichen und am Pool liegenden Engländern mit Handy zerstört .... Schade weiölt sonst war es Top !!! Dieses Hotel ist auch nicht für Familien mit Kinder geeignet , es gibt keine Spielecken oder Räume für die Kinder , eigentlich taten mir die Kinder leid die mit ihren Eltern dorthin gefahren sind ....

Sehr hübsches kleines Finca Hotel

Tolle Anlage, wenig Zimmer, nicht zu viele Gäste, sehr sehr gutes Restaurant, super zuvorkommendes Personal, schöner kleiner Pool, genug Ruhe und Chill-Bereiche. Tolle Landschaft. Super-Erholung. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele kleine Ausflüge mit dem Mietauto. Einziges Manco: unsere Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen.

Fab hotel in the countryside

We arrived late at night and we got a great welcome and our room was large and very clean and comfortable. The large windows overlooked the garden - splendid sight in the morning! Breakfast was very good and dinner was in a different area and delightful. The grounds are huge including a golf course. The pool and surrounding area is grass with good sun loungers. It is so beautiful and peaceful. We loved every minute of our stay. We also drove around most of the island in two days and that was easy and interesting. The staff looked after us very well and we would easily return!

A delightful relaxing stay with delicious food, charming service and well equipped rooms. Well located away from the crowds in a beautiful area but still only 20 mins from the beaches. We didn't use the golf facilities but the course looked in good condition. We will definitely return....

Oase der Ruhe

aus Erzählungen von Freunden, kannten wir das Hotel schon und es war eine gute Entscheidung, dort zu buchen. Der perfekte Rückzugsort, weit weg von der Hektik des Alltages, den überfüllten Hotelpools und dem 0815 Hotels und Urlauberburgen. Allerdings auch weit weg von Stränden und Zerstreuung. Als Golfer ist man hier besonders gut aufgehoben. Ich habe „nur“ meinen Golf spielenden Mann begleitet und konnte alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels in vollen Zügen geniessen. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und einfach wunderschön! Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wird in einem wunderschönen Innenhof serviert und ist einfach prima. alles was das Hetz begehrt! Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die beiden Damen am Empfang, so hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, das hat man wirklich selten. WLAN und Internet waren stark beeinträchtigt und als ich dringend mit dem Büro etwas checken musste haben sie mich selbstverständlich an ihren Computer gelassen und geholfen wo es nur ging. Essen & Trinken, der Service und das Ambiente sind unübertroffen, lediglich für Familien mit Kindern würde ich das Haus nur eingeschränkt empfehlen, fürchte die würden sich bei all den Ruhesuchenden sehr langweilen…Gerne würden wir wieder kommen und das Hotel besser kennenlernen, 3 Tage waren einfach zu kurz.

Rückzugsort abseits der Touristenpfade

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer, eines im Hauptbaus und eines im Gartenbereich am Pool. Beide Zimmer waren sehr schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Lediglich im superior Zimmer bestand das Doppelbett aus zwei einzelne Betten und hatte somit eine 30cm. Besucherritze. Alles war großzügig und sehr sauber, es gab überall Stauraum und durchdachte Ablageflächen, einen Strandkorb mit Handtüchern, Obst und eine Minibar. Das Hotel ist etwas versteckt und abseits, in einem paradiesischen Garten mit wunderbarem Blick auf Manancor. Egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen im Patio Bereich oder der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Golfplatz, das Essen ist hervorragend und der Service unübertroffen. Der perfekte Rückzugsort für Paare die Golfen, Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen und auf hohe Qualität und Niveau nicht verzichten wollen. Aus meiner Sicht eher ungeeignet für Kinder. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen und suchen schon nach einer Lücke im Kalender. Ein besonderer Dank gilt den beiden Damen am Empfang! Sie haben einem wirklich jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und erfüllt.
